We have updated our return policy. As of March 7, 2010, The
Guiltless Purse will no longer offer free return shipping. All returns
and exchanges with be subject to a $10 deduction in buyer's refund or
store credit.
Overstock Items:
Return shipping is easy. Unless otherwise stated in the item
description, we accept returns for a full refund less $10 (to cover
shipping and insurance) within 7 calendar days after delivery
confirmation of the item(s). We accept returns for store credit less $10
of credit within 14 calendar days after delivery confirmation of the
item(s).
Item(s)
must
be in "new, unaltered and unused condition" with the original security
tag still attached in its original position. All overstock items are
shipped with a "Vailegal" security bracelet (seen in photos). If you
wish
to make a return, the "vailegal" security tag must remain intact on the
item as in the photos for returns. We will not accept items with
detached security tags, even if you send it back with the item.
Definition of new,
unaltered and unused condition is:
without
showing signs of wear or damage in any way
with "Vailegal" security
bracelet still intact and in its original position on the item
all accouterments, such as
dustbags, included with the return and in unused condition.
To
return an item, simply email customercare@guiltlesspurse.com within one
week (for full refund less $10) or two weeks (for store credit less $10
in credit) of your items delivery
confirmation. Include your original order number and we will generate a
shipping label and return order number within 2-3 business days.
Refunds and store credit are
contingent upon inspection of
item(s) once we receive it.
Again you MUST
contact us within 7 days, for a full refund less $10 (unless otherwise
stated in item description), or 14 days, for store credit less $10 in
credit, if you intend to return ANY item back to our store.
Items must be shipped within 2 weeks of your contact. Items returned to
us without prior contact or contact after the 2 week shipping window
period will NOT qualify for a refund or a store credit. If you do
contact within 7 days (for a full refund) or 14 days (for store credit)
of your item's delivery date but fail to put the item for return post
within 2 weeks of receiving your return confirmation number, we will not
accept your returned item.
